Steve and his team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish (and beyond). He understood what we wanted, provided recommendations to improve aspects of the build and engaged with us constantly ensuring we knew exactly what was going on. The work was completed to a fantastic standard and we are delighted. Months after we had a burst pipe caused by a manufacturing fault. On calling Steve he reacted almost instantly, taking care of the whole issue and leaving us with peace of mind that the issue was resolved. Tremendous after service.
