Croye Close Andover – We requested a quote from Steve after hearing several recommendations about his work – and we are so glad we did. Steve was the only builder who took the time to draft a very detailed and comprehensive quote and visited several times to ensure he fully understood the brief.
Everything was completely transparent upfront, and that remained the case all the way through the build. Before the work commenced, we were given several references to go and see, all of which were significant sized jobs and very professionally managed. We were kept informed on schedules as our start date approached and the build started exactly on the date Steve said it would.
There was not 1 day where the team weren’t on-site (sometimes up to 8-10 people) and this was the case right up to completion, so the pace of progress was rapid and exciting! The level of guidance, consultation, quality, and overall attention to detail was faultless, and the team were an absolute pleasure to have in our home – hard working, friendly, respectful, and tidy, a really great set of people to get to know.
